Our Dancercise class has been carefully designed to teach the basic steps of Ballroom and Latin dance in a way to maximize movement through your body for better technique, balance, posture, coordination, toning and cardio fitness for a better all around workout. More than just an exercise class, learning and remembering the routines is stimulating the brain too, so you are working your body and your brain simultaneously.


Cardio KickBoxing

Cardio KickBoxing is a combination of martial arts and dance that will undoubtedly improve your endurance, cardiovascular fitness and tone your muscles with power and precision. Cardio KickBoxing routines are fun, energetic and will make you sweat zapping calories and defining muscles. 


Perfect for everybody. Classes are designed to  bring people together to have fun while you are working out. Zumba takes the "work" out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Zumba combines all elements of fitness - cardio, musle conditioning, balance and flexibility - in a way that feels more like a dance party rather than a workout.
